For the quiet nights.

There’s something about nighttime that makes the feelings louder. The world slows, the noise fades, and suddenly you’re left with your own loud thoughts.

If you’re reading this in the stillness, please know that I’m here, also in my own kind of quiet.

So rest, just for a while. Let the night hold you. Let your heart exhale. You’ve done enough today. And I’m proud of you for making it this far.

We’ll try again tomorrow.

But tonight, just breathe.
